I am a PhD student at the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers, State University of New Jersey focusing on social policy, housing policy, and how they interact. In particular, I am interested in the stability of rental households and how public benefits like SNAP and TANF relate to that stability.
